Kevin helped us sell our home and move into a new home. We listed our home during the winter period and Kevin was very upfront and detailed about the process and the realistic timelines to expect. Kevin also provided a guide of what to do and how to get the home ready for sale. Every step of the way we were supported with names of people to perform work or advice on options. I never felt alone during the entire process, especially during the negotiations period of my home sale! This led to an easy process selling overall.
